Simulation Systems

BitCan’s simulation capability is one of the strongest in the world. Its key scientists and engineer’s experience can be traced back more than 30 years. Simulating the nonlinear coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical (THM) mechanisms during the dynamic rock fracturing processes is one of BitCan’s fundamental strengths and helps to explain why we have been so successful in creating new reservoir recovery technologies and in developing new service technologies to provide reliable data and solutions to meet operators’ needs.

To support the simulations, BitCan has developed our own analytical software. We also have a significant database of user subroutines to drive commercial software. BitCan purchased 29 ABAQUS licenses. We have a ready alliance with reservoir simulation service providers and a powerful parallel computing platform.
